Because it’s fun to let your imagination run with scissors…! Participants will use a variety of materials in this hands-on, process-based workshop designed to jump-start your creativity, your projects and your inner artist.
Career Illumination
Participants work with their past and present experiences to map strategies that illuminate the path towards decent, fabulous, fulfilling work.
Digital Storytelling
Work with the language of sound and images in this workshop. Participants build a Digital Story that can be made in a morning session or over a few days.
Light the Fire Within
Ever felt like you are “full” of information or experience? Letting go of old ways of seeing and believing can be what is needed to allow new ways to take form. Participants will be introduced to shamanic ceremony, learn to honour the old story, and be encouraged to embrace the new chapter!
Put Yourself in the Picture
What surrounds you? Who is your background, who is your foreground? Participants interweave the mediums of technology, yoga and writing into this workshop to give meaning to where they appear [or would like to appear] in the frame of their own lives. Explore issues of authorship, mask-making and emotionally provocative images.
